Our approach

Jill Falk launched Sapphire Pitch after 22+ years at the intersection of journalism, corporate communications, and strategic positioning. With experience spanning sports communications, retail marketing, nonprofit storytelling, and content strategy, she recognized an opportunity to help diverse organizations leverage content as a strategic asset for value creation.

Prior to founding Sapphire Pitch, Jill served as VP of Communications at Schnuck Markets and worked with organizations including the St. Louis Cardinals, Girls on the Run St. Louis, and Big League Impact. Her work has contributed to #1 social media engagement rankings in Major League Baseball and Emmy-nominated documentary production.

Jill believes the best communications work comes from combining strategic thinking with authentic storytelling and a relentless focus on outcomes that matter.
